So this is what happened: bat was hanging in a palm tree, python grabbed bat just as bat took flight, bat and python hit a window and landed on the ground alerting the home owner to their presence. The python did not have a good hold of the bat, but the bat had a good hold of the python. The bat was also a bit too big for the python. Eventually they both let go, the bat climbed back up the tree, licked her wounds and flew away, the #carpetpython was checked for wounds and relocated. #blackflyingfox
