" We caught a bat in a construction site in a shower..He almost got killed by some workers and we decided to get him before they did and let him go...
We dont have woods in Vegas so I let him go ASAP from home.. We found out they dont live long in captivity so the best thing to do was not freak him out anymore and let him go during the day...
It was not cold.. It was hot...I was wearing gloves because it is a wild animal and I did not want to be bitten.. I did touch him without them at first.. He was SOFT.. :) I thoroughly washed my hands and gloves afterwards...
