baby female black megabat was rescued on Monday hanging on a chain link fence in a residential backyard. Only a stones throw from home. Roost.
She was pretty much on the way out. Very flat. No energy.
Poss dropped? Or tried to fly out cause mum hadn't returned for days.?
Raced to the vet for sub cut. Fluids. Then home for rest. Was up all hours to get fluids in and monitor.

about 7 hours after rescue and visit to the vet for subcut injection.
still weak and tired. she had been sleeping. woke her up for a feed. big difference to how she was.takes 3+ days for any issues show up.
she has many holes in both wings. could be cat attack. we think it is from spines from a plant/tree.
