So, you think an easy tree netting rescue, cause the megabat, black, female, 154mm and 390g isn't even caught in the netting.

Well, firstly, thumbs up for the caller in. They actually netted the mango tree correctly.
EXCEPT they used masters hardware netting. y'know, the bunnings type netting.

She is actually dead. got in thru a hole. possibly made by her or other animal in the top right corner if you were facing the boxed netting.

Fruit seems untouched.
Just a little concerned how this bat died. Head and eyes are very bloody with blood on the nose.
Also, the left end of her wing/finger dose not seem right. more on that later after I check with others in the bat world.
