Interesting... yet they refuse to stock the correct tree netting AND educate about it. however, after six years of nagging the currently stocked netting has improved. yet we are still doing rescues.
Note that AU zoo wildlife hospital treats bats that are caught in this animal cruel netting.

I have every right to speak out. i do the rescues and have to witness the pain and suffering AND watch as the bats are put to sleep.
Being ignored and not educating your customers is wrong. sales!? you profit and i/we use our own $ doing the rescues. many $ is wasted on this issue. fuel, time, educating, removing the netting.
visiting their stores? maybe you could ask about their tree netting.
