Rehab | Megabat black male duranta poisonous plant

Found this male Megabat black in a tree at a dog park. Possibly poisoned by the fruit/berries. He was in this tree for 4 days. Now in care.

⚠️Don't forget, if you see a Bat during the day away from home, roost/camp/colony call it in for a rescue or at least be checked out.

The question is, why is this weed in a dog park and even to be allowed to grow so large!?
