Yale and University of Colorado Boulder researchers launched the interactive global species distribution map. You can type in the common or scientific name of a species and see its range around the world, or you can designate an area on the map and see a list of that area’s birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, or fresh water fish (North America only).
